To participate remotely in the videoconference format , you need to make a presentation ( download the recommended template ) and send it by October 20 to the address of the organizing committee (istc.earthscience@gmail.com, indicating the registration number of the report). During the meeting of the section, the participant will have the opportunity to make a presentation. Download Template
The virtual poster session as a form of participation is not allowed.
NO-SHOW POLICY: Authors are expected to be present at the meeting to deliver the paper in order for their paper to be considered for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
To participate in person , you need to send a completed application for participation to the organizing committee e-mail istc.earthscience@gmail.com and send the full text of the report, drawn up in accordance with requirements , no later than October 1, 2024.
After receiving your registration form, your data will be entered into the EasyChair system. The first author of the paper will be additionally sent data to enter the EasyChair system.
For publication in the journal, authors, after receiving notification of acceptance of the article for publication, must submit color scanned copies:
– an expert opinion on the possibility of publication in the open press Download a sample
